I need an advice on what to buy / upgrade next. since Im not hp washed, Imma get ellin's earring and scroll it myself, waiting for the winter event and hopefully get a decent face accessory. spec goggles are pricy so idk. please consider that I am not funded, and my only income is appos. I have 1b tho.
I will go by priority and try to simplify it for you, you might have to do some calculations or forum research tho. It seems like you are missing a lot of DEX and u probably have way more than you should in base, so try and help that situation first. 1. Upgrade pants to around 8-9/19-20 and top to around 7/24-25 (just rough stats to give you an idea). Those are relatively cheap and will be very effective to you. 2. Get cheap clean Spectrum Goggles with 2 dex just to fill that slot. 3. Get a 5 dex face acc (very cheap, almost free), or wait for nose from christmas and keep it clean for now. I'd also suggest an earring upgrade at this stage, but you said you have a plan for that already. 4. Consider going with HTP instead of MoN for now, it will benefit you more at this level of funding I believe - tho that step is not a must. 5. <-- at this point, reset your extra base DEX to LUK. 6. Get a few Crystal Ilbi sets. 7. Start upgrading your most cost effective att gear slowly. What it means is that you will have to use the forum search function to understand how much 1 att upgrades will cost you on shoe/glove/cape/claw and always go for the cheapest/more available option, slowly.
