Last thing you did: Killing in Ghost Ship 2.
Why do you think you got banned?: Because when I got there, chicoppa was afk , then I started killing and when he got back, he claimed that he was there before me, but he was afk. Then the one who gives him a leech came back and started killing, and we shared the room together. And since they were dicks towards me, I asked them if they are tired of me? and Marty wrote "too bad it's against the rules, see you in 3 days". Now first, I don't see the rule I broke, want me to quote the rules? here:

No offence, but deliberate KSing is a very mean thing to do. This rule applies. I asked them to ask you why you were in that channel, you didn't even respond. If you would've responded, you could've explained the situation and you might not have been banned. Your ban will not be lifted.

You quoted the tl;dr version of the rules. The T&C in full states:

From the evidence I have seen, you were guilty of rude behavior, in this case, kill stealing.

 

How am I guilty in this case if I was the first one to start killing in this room? I died once and then came back to MY toom, the room I was killing at.

You never gave me time to respond, you said; "It is against the rules, see you in 3 days", if you would let me explain instead of taking action before hearing my version you would re-consider your actions.
If I got banned for kill stealing you should definitely ban the other dude aswell since he was stealing my kills aswell, especially when I was the first one to catch that channel. You can also give me a warning, and let me or him a chance to leave, but you probably have something against me since I left Legends, and I'm pretty sure that it's the main reason I'm banned now and he's not.

 

Do NOT insist there was bias when there was none. You were given time to respond and instead of stopping to respond, you continued killing on the map, ignoring the other person. See you in 3 days.
