    can I make an ahk to remap mouse wheel to some key to use for browsing fm or will that get me banned?

    Depends. How are you intending to remap your keys? If it's a 1 to 1 action, then it's fine. i.e. it's not allowed if you map 1 key to multiple actions.

    I was thinking of remapping it to page down and page down to something else
