Aloha, I'm Jasen. I finally decided to do the Airstrike quest today because my extra excessive of skill points, but was saddened to have a bugged quest blocking me from receiving the skill. I found this guide included in the "4th Job Skill/Mastery Book Guide" as seen below. After collecting all the said items, I proceeded to talk to the corresponding NPC Bart, after talking to Bart he directed me to go find Lord Jonathan as provided in the guide. When finding Lord Jonathan, he already had the quest on-going. Double and Triple Checking to make sure I have all the items needed to turn in, but no quest to turn in to no avail as seen below. Any help would be appreciated, I just wanna unlock Air Strike
Yeah, it's broken atm. Something to do with it (or hypnotise idk) relying on the same stuff GPQ uses. Just keep an eye on the patch notes I guess.
