    I was buying magic rocks from Alcaster then I dc'ed as I hit okay to buy then I relogg and all he says is "Im alcaster the sorcer, and I've been working on various spells and magic here for over 300 years" and I can only click okay or end chat.

    You must have been rolledback due to your internet connection (considering the server didn't crash and Alcaster has been working fine since forever). So the quest is now incomplete again I presume. Not a bug.

    Yes I relogged tried in cc1 didnt work tried cc6 didnt work.
