Closed All items/mesos deleted from storage and shop items disappeared

Problem: I decided to log on for the first time in maybe half a year(?) and I found that all my items/mesos in my storage were gone. In addition to this, I remember possibly having a shop open the last time I logged on and those items are irretrievable and disappeared as well. None of the items and mesos are on alternate characters.

Details: I really can't remember what items exactly I had in my storage, but they probably weren't worth that much. I do know that I had over one billion mesos in my storage however. If I had to guess it'd probably be around 1.5b mesos, but I really am not 100% sure.

For the shop items, I really can't say what I had exactly, probably just random scrolls from the Mushroom Shrine gachapon. I'm not too upset about the idea of losing those though if I did have a shop open or if you guys can't verify that.

Either way, I'd appreciate some help with this. Thank you!

 

When a hired merchant is active in FM for 24 hours it automatically closes and all the shop sales (meso and unsold items) goes to Frederick. If after 100 days you don't retrieve your stuff Frederick simply disposes them and they are all lost forever. For each day that Frederick holds your meso he takes 1% as a fee until the 100th day and everything will be gone. Regarding your storage items idk what could could be possibly you had Mandela Effect thinking those items were there? If you really believe your items were in storage and disappeared for no reason it is likely your account was hacked and the hacker could take away everything from you.

 

I can definitely see the first thing you said about the shop happening, but really if I lose whatever I had in my shop it's not a big deal. As for the storage, my mesos definitely disappeared. The thing is, I still have a good amount of mesos in my inventory so if I did get hacked, I don't see why they wouldn't have taken the mesos I was holding as well.

I'll try to find a more specific date and get back to you on that. As for the items lost, I really don't remember what I had exactly. The only thing I remember are a few stacks of power elixirs and maybe an 8 ATK work glove. But again, I don't mind not getting those things back. The thing I would like back however, is the mesos I had stored. It was around 1.4b if I recall correctly. I'll try to find pictures or something that would prove that I would have that money, but I don't really screenshot or anything when I play. Anyway, thank you. I will get back to you soon.
