Allow Buccaneers to use their 4th job skills on the orbis boat

    As a new Bucc player, I was very surprised to discover that my 4th job skills cannot be used on the orbis boat against the crogs. This restriction does not seem to be imposed on other 4th job characters, and seems to be discrimination against Buccs?
