not any more but its been happening for these past few weeks, like some days I vote there's still no NX. Now it's ok =)
The problem you receive where it tells you that 'you have already voted' would mean either that you have already voted, or someone else already voted using that IP address. It seems like your IP address is changing every day, and you have different ones for every vote you make, it wouldn't be very strange that you sometimes end up with an IP address someone else already used to vote on Gtop.
