i am coming back to the game i donot remember all the accounts i made on mapleroyals and there is no forgot password or forgot id on website how could i get my accounts again or remember the ids if right or wrong ? any 1 could help
actually i donot remember other than 2 login ids i think i had 3 or 4 not sure i can try if there is forgot id by searching using email addresses is it allowed?
I doubt you can retrieve the login ID of an account. Because look at it this way. There are people on Skype who have their email addresses and birthdays on their contact information. If only those two things were required for a staff member to give me their login ID, I could then reset their password and hack into their account. The login ID is the single unique, nonpublic piece of information to reset an account's password. So I doubt the login ID would ever be released.
