Closed Am I banned?

    I downloaded the game recently and I have tried 3 times to enter the game but the game always crashes after I select my caracter.
    Then this message pops up:
    "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later."

    I updated my wz. files but it didn't do anything.
    I was thinking that maybe I was shadowbanned?

    Assuming YungGud is the IGN you are trying to login on, you are not banned.

    Can you try again to confirm you are still having the issue?

    Can you confirm the name of your character and tell us if you've been able to login at all on this server? Also, in case it's relevant, a couple of questions:
    1) Do you play on a home or school network, and might there be any parental/school controls on that network limiting what you can access?
    2) What Operating System are you on?

    I play at home and I tried connecting with my firewall off but it didn't change anything
    I play on windows 8.1
