I logged in (from a new computer old one is dead. RIP) after 2-3 weeks that I didnt played. and all my accounts are blocked.
Hello. You are not banned and I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t be able to connect. If you have a vpn installed, try uninstalling it then trying again. Also try reinstalling the game.
Seems like it is still not working I tried to delete the game then redownload and install Still getting the same issue No VPN installed, Anti virus turned on during the installation and entering the game - still no success Im now using Win 11 instead of Win 10 can it be the cause?
Windows 11 wouldn’t cause that. Your anti virus could be removing files during installation. Make sure you have an exception for the installation folder in your anti virus or disable it entirely while you test.
Dang. Wish I could be of more help, but I'm a bit out of ideas as to what could be causing it. Can definitely confirm that you are not banned. You could try creating a new in game account just to triple check that there isn't something weird going on with our end (highly unlikely). If it lets you log in let me know. Even though this is closed you can still reply.
Well seems like everything is back to work without doing anything - i can finally log in just waited few days - very very strange but thanks for the help
