    Hello GM, I understand that I made a mistake and I sincerely apologize for it. I hope to be given a chance to continue playing the game.

    Instead of a full ban, would it be possible to consider a penalty instead, such as confiscating or issuing a fine? I’m willing to accept punishment, and I just hope I can still play the game.

    We have notifications in multiple areas regarding vote abuse.

    This includes in our Terms and Conditions, in the quiz on Maple Island, in a pop up quest when you hit level 15 and also on the vote page itself.

    Additionally, we have systems in place to stop you from voting multiple times.

    For players to ignore all the notifications provided and to go through multiple steps to bypass the systems we put in place to prevent multiple votes, then there is nothing more we can do for you.

    Hello GM, thank you for your response.

    I'm sorry about that and I understand the action been taken, that's my fault, and I take full responsibility.
    I truly love this game and have put a lot of time and passion into it. If there is any chance, please just confiscating my NX, there is around 3 million NX in total, which is a lot, and I didn't spend them.
    Hopefully this can offset the permanently banned.

    I have learnt the lesson and promise that this will not happen again.
