Maybe it's because you can vote now after midnight again and they think you would vote abuse if you vote 2x times in such a short period of time. Hello Yesterday i was playing Mapleroyals without any problems but today when i wanted to log in my game crashed instantly after selecting a character and entering my PIC. I even made a new account to look if that works but it didn't. However if i login on my laptop the game works without any problems. I already checked my net/antivirus and it didn't change anything since yesterday when it was working. So am I really MAC-Banned for no reason? Because i had no problems until you could vote after midnight again, so each day. And i really only voted everytime after midnight. So if I am really MAC-Banned and it's not a current bug to login, I don't get it.
If you were MAC banned you would not be able to get past the login screen and see the character selection screen. This is a well known issue, I believe there are some threads open in Technical Help that have some solutions in them. Try restarting your PC completely and see if that fixes it. You are not banned so I'll close this appeal, if you still have troubles getting passed the PIC screen, please make a post in Technical Help instead.
