Am I washing my DK Correctly?

I'm currently doing an HP wash on my DK and I'm getting close to having the MP needed for 18000 HP and I just want to be 100% sure I am doing this correctly before I throw my APR's around since this is my first go at HP Washing a character

I should have the MP needed for 180 washes at around level 125 (117 now) so I am close to my goal

I currently have 164 base INT (I was dumb and had 3700 base HP at level 84 and needed to do a heavy HP Wash before I got to berserk 30) and my plan is once I get my MP goal, use the APRs I have to replace all my 164 INT back into STR (So Im not incredibly weak anymore) and overtime APR my MP into HP. Is this a viable way to do this or should I reverse it and do INT in HP and MP into STR.

 

Why would you add int??? I washed my hero to 30k with 50 int base and realized way later that it was a waste. You only have to wear int gear when you level up

 

I was stupid and forgot about the HP Increase skill until I was level 84, too poor to afford quality INT gear at the time, and wanted to try to get 18k before I got to berserk 30

 

whats ur current hp? my dk is 18k with hb at lv 105 with really shit int gear and no int base at all.
also too kless then 15 - 20 washes to get there

 

Current Base is almost 7000 annd I should be getting 50-55 from each APR (9000-ish in total)

 

seems like ur just trying to recover from ur mistake of not adding in the HP Skill DK does not requie adding base int at all i mean you could waste alot of AP resets now to recover or make new and waste less money.

 

Well I already have the high base INT and getting APRs isnt much of an issue so Id really prefer to not make a new acc, I just want to double check if my plan of putting that Base INT back into my STr right away once I get my MP Goal, than putting the extra 720MP into my HP overtime is the proper way of washing a DK

 

yea you can but again youre wasting alot of resources i'd just remake

 

I'd say just remake it and save APRs for later.
All the washing and resetting int will cost you a lot more than leveling a character to this level

 

I estimate the cost for washing your character to 5.7B mesos worth of APRs. (160+180)×17M
This could be used for more fun things like a good Spear or general equipment.
I understand it feels terrible to remake a character you've spent a lot of time with and also got "attached to" in a sense, but you should still consider the option of remaking. Usually everything will feel easier on the second character because you already did the mistakes and now you can do things more efficiently.

If you choose to continue with your character, the first thing you should do is max MaxHP Increase which I'm sure you've done already. Then, you can use the method you suggested - resetting INT into STR and then MP to HP. Resetting INT into HP directly works too, it will give the same about of HP but I suggest the former method because it'll make you strong again faster.
Keep in mind that the first APR should be -INT +HP to allow for the HP Washing process to start (and end it by doing - MP +STR)

Also, I'd like to ask why you want 18K HP at such a low level? And you know you will get extra HP from 4th job too, and even more extra from quests? I'd even dare set 14750 HP as a goal - that should be enough to reach 30K with HB in the future. In my opinion, 30K HP is not even worth it for anything else than HT (probably Toad and Shaolin boss too but I haven't tried those yet) so getting 30K HP before Lv. 155 makes no sense in my opinion.
