well I'm here to report an event on November 13th, when I went to buy £20.00 GBP in RP and I didn't receive it (I won't be showing evidence for security reasons)... I found it very strange because this had never happened before , I immediately went to consult my paypal and credit card when I really saw that I had debited the value of the 44 RP's, and on the same date 11/13 I made an application on the forum reporting what happened, today 11/20 I still haven't received my RP's and I didn't have any kind of answer about what will happen, well I talked a few times with ''Dasha'' she asked me to be calm and wait a little longer, I know that only one person can solve this ''Matt'' , but I need to report this because it's something very frustrating, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to such a problem, where a person pays for something they should have received right after payment confirmation, and it didn't even have an answer about what will happen with this transaction, i imagined that even Matt not giving immediate attention some of the same ''STAFF'' knowing about this problem could communicate, and if that really happened, then we can see that the game''s ''STAFF'' is not giving priority to such a problem , and today 11/20 I imagined that with the server's att I could have the possibility to enter, and when I saw that it didn't, I thought at the same time to report this to you, which for me as for anyone is something very indignant and frustrating, this is something related to passing on credibility and aiming that STAFF wants the best for its players, but you can see that it makes no difference if you have the same problem and spend 1.2 weeks, maybe even 1 month for this to be resolved. well where do i want to go with this?, we have to always fight for what is fair, i don't mind waiting, but if i don't have answers it will generate doubts, and doubts takes me to where i am now, i hope we take me understand, I love the royals I don't dislike anyone especially Matt, and I hope this is resolved as soon as possible, but being patient in the face of something that is not being fair is very difficult.

FWIW my opinion is that something weird happened on November 13 because I also bought RP around that day and also didn't get credited (I have reported it but I am not asking for a bump on my specific post).
