Is it considered account sharing if a friend uses my PC to afk while getting leeched, while I play on my own account? Because my friend's computer broke down and she came over to try to get her 120.
The chat logs don't say otherwise, as you mentioned specifically that you were using your friends account.
I may have mistakenly chat on that account due to having 2 other clients open (both mine). That was it, and when I was asked, I did not deny it was me who was on the account chatting. I have never moved her character around or actually played on it. EDIT: If it can be traced, it will show that this is the only instance whereby something like this happened. I assumed that being afk on my PC in a separate client (while she was here) would not be considered as account sharing. It was my mistake to be chatting on that account, and i apologize for that.

I checked your explanation and while it is true, it's still considered account sharing. You can not have two accounts belonging to different people online on the same computer at the same time. It's especially not allowed for them to do any actions on them either even if you deemed them to be minor (chatting for leech, paying, accepting trades etc.) your bans have been updated to 30 day account sharing bans starting april 17th, 26 days remain from this post onward.
