ISSUE RESOLVED! So, I started playing on MapleRoyals yesterday, and so far I've had no issues with the server it's ran smoothly and I was able to play without issue. However today I seem to be having an issue in which I get disconnected almost every 2-3 minutes and whenever I attempt to relaunch the game I get this. I've managed to re-log about twice without getting that error but once I'm in I again get constantly disconnected every 2-3 minutes. If this is a known issue I'd like to get some help resolving it, If not then I'd like to bring it to light to help it get resolved. Edit: In an attempt to solve my issue I decided to run the MapleRoyals Launcher in Compatibility mode with Windows 8. It seemed to have solved my issue with launching the game however I still face of the issue of multiple disconnects, as well as extreme lag (and it seems to be that I'm the only one receiving it on the server, Additionally I don't have bad internet I get 200+ down 20+ up) After attempting a Restart on my computer to see if that might resolve anything my antivirus (Norton Antivirus) gave me a warning and removed MapleRoyals under the claim that it was a virus , Trojan, and gave it the code/name "Heur.AdvMl.B". Now I'm quite sure this private server isn't a virus but I'm under the impression that my files may have gotten infected by something that may have already been hiding on my computer. Right now As of 8:11 PM PST 8/8/17, I am Re-Installing my MapleRoyal Client, and Running a full system Scan. Since this post has been posted for roughly 2-3 hours with no response I assume the issue is unknown to anyone or there are just no admins to assist. If anyone can help It would be greatly appreciated as I am drawing blanks on what to do. (3:15 PST 8/9/17) UPDATE: My system scan came up with no viruses, re-installing did trigger my anti-virus again. However with some more research into the type of "virus" it was said to be all I found was posts saying it's a file that CAN be harmful but isn't for sure. So Running MapleRoyal in Compatibility mode for Windows 8 fixed my launching issue and excluding MapleRoyals from my AntiVirus Scan seemed to resolve the rest of my issues. Mapleroyals.exe is known to give a false positive to most antivirus programs. Just add the map to the exceptions list. As for your other problem, try running it in different compability modes.
