Trivial NPC "An unknown error has occured" message from Sleepywood gachapon

While gaching at Sleepywood you are sometimes presented with an "unknown error" message instead of the "You have obtained xyz item". I checked after the third time this happened and it appears no ticket is consumed.

 

Been happening to me too - hopefully the server clock helps? I always claim I got scammed out of a brown racc mask when it happens

 

I thought the same thing each time too; it just ate my rac mask!! lmao
