I'm level 92, and when I go to the NPC in kerning city, I can't start the quest. The NPC doesn't say that its an available quest. Moreover, I put 5 aps to HP, and when I used the ap resets, it only let me take 4 times from the mp and bow one point is stuck at HP. Is this a bug, or did I do something wrong?
There have never been an issue with that quest are you sure you didn't complete it before? Are you talking to the correct NPC? Make sure you have enough MP to take out another point, try again after you level up with int gear.
dont remember doing this quest, just found out about it yesterday. and yes, my MP bar mislead me because of my dep star and zak helm bonuses!
