I think i've read a few too many different HP wash guides and i'm mixing them up. Just looking for some confirmation i'm on the right track with my plan. I've tried using Shiyui's calculator but the page doesn't seem to format properly on my laptop and it's not very readable, sorry. My goal is ~9khp by lv 155 in the cheapest way possible, and I would like to 'play' at lv135 if possible. (Enough HP that I will not be missing out on any bossing, forget about PB. 9k seems to be the minimum?) Currently lv 40 25DEX 181INT 5LUK 5 AP still pending 2147HP 780MP +69 int EQUIPS = 250INT currently MW10 starting this LV40 and onwards +74 int EQUIPS and ZH (+~27INT) = +101 INT equips at LV50, 282INT total LV50 What do I do with my AP from this point onwards? Am I supposed to be calculating minimum MP and if its above 60 then use fresh AP>HP, reset MP>LUK and if the minimum MP is below 60 then fresh AP>LUK. Or am I saving my AP in that case? I feel like i'm mixing MP washing up with HP washing and it's resulted in me not understanding my own plan.
You can reach 9k+ hp without any mp wash. You should have around 2400~2800 additional mp (able to do 200~233 wash) at level 135 if you have equip all ur INT gears and level with mw. Do note that you gain more hp by using fresh ap (20~24) compare to using ap reset (16~20). If you do all the wash by using fresh ap, you should be able to reach 10.5~11k hp with hp quest, medal, cape, belt and etc.
First of all, you didn't mention which class but I guess you are making a NL based on the context. You added too many ap in the base int for your "Minimum expense" goal. Your total int, assuming the HP/MP you provided were clean values not with equips, is enough to HP wash to 10900 HP at lvl 135 without MP washing. (I didn't include mw to cover the negative outcomes that may result from RNG) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I ran Shiyui's calculator with your values and as you already have an exceeding amount of total int, I inserted 9k HP goal at lvl 135 (since you want to "play" from this level). You need a total of 324 AP resets. 147 AP resets for HP washing. 177 AP resets for resetting Base Int. If we assume the AP reset price to be 13m, the total cost is 4.212b (You can already see from above ^, the cost for resetting base int > hp washing. Hence you added too many base int) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This means you only need 147 fresh AP for HP washing which can be gained during lvl 105 -> lvl 135. You don't need to worry about adding any fresh ap to DEX stat because when you reset 177 Base Int, there's more than enough to revert to DEX to make up the required stats to yield RC/DPS. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The method of washing (fresh AP usage) will depend on your preference. 1. If you are self leeching the character, preserving all the fresh ap in their unused state until lvl 135 is one option. Wash 147 times at lvl 135 and distribute the remaining fresh AP to LUK stat. Pro You don't need to worry about washing at all until lvl 135. Easier to count the number of washing since it'll be done in 1 go. In case you change your mind and aim for a higher goal, there will be enough fresh AP for unplanned mp washing and additional hp washing. Con You will need HP gear + HB to survive in Zakum if you wish to gain Zhelm at lvl 50 right away. 3rd job advance will be rough since you have almost no investment in luk stat with a ton of unused fresh AP (need luk gear + maple pop + att pot). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2. If you don't want to wait until lvl 135, since you only need 30 lvls worth of fresh AP for HP wash, you can start washing right now at lvl 40+ with fresh ap, as long as you have extra mp above min mp. Just count the number of washes to not exceed 147. You get to decide when you want to HP wash. Pro You probably won't need HP gear for zhelm at lvl 50. 3rd job advance will be relatively easier with extra base LUK stat Con It may be inconvenient to keep track of the fresh AP you spent ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For both methods Add fresh AP to HP stat. Use an AP reset to - MP + LUK Repeat for a total of 147 times
Thanks for much for the detailed response! I really do appreciate the time that undoubtedly took. So far I believe I have used 45APR w/ fresh AP from 30-40, 5 AP pending. Seeing as I won't be MP washing, there is no need to calculate above or below 60MP from base MP each level, correct? And to clairfy, you have set 147 APR as my MINIMUM amount needed to each 9k HP goal, correct? But since I have over-shot my INT for that cost efficiency, I actually would have some flexibility to wash (some amount) more if desired? I think I will wash these 5 pending AP so that I have an easy number to remember of 50 used washes, then hold my fresh AP until 135.
