I am officially 10 days away from taking one of the MOST important exams of my entire life. July 10th, I sit for my Physical Therapist Assistant National Board Exam....Eeeeeek! This test defines my future in the field of physical therapy...and the financial well-being of my family. No pressure or anything, right?! With that being said, I have hellacious test anxiety. What do you do, if anything, to help relieve test anxiety? The thought of this test makes me literally sick to my stomach. Over 4 hours long, over everything I have learned in the past 2 years...TERRIFYING!
Half-Inderalla (Propranolol) 80mg !drugdealing start Got asthma? Yes? Sorry can't help you... No? Want some? Yes? Let me know. No? Okay !drugdealing stop
Matt, your answer to everything is Propranolol...lol And thanks, Hills. I am probably familiar with some of those exercises but look forward to discussing...lol
You know those 50 cent burritos they sell at grocery stores? If I'm stressed, I pick up like 8 of those puppies and just pig out. I feel so bad afterwards, I totally forget about being anxious.
Lol David. I guess that would definitely make the nerves go away...but I doubt I could sit through a 4 hour exam without needing to go to the bathroom after doing that....rofl
It's a bit weird, but I listen to classical music, it calms me down so much! I borrowed my dad's 'best of classics' CD and just play it when I get too stressed :') Also good luck with it all <3
Thanks, Aly! I usually study while listening to classical. I suppose I need to make it more of a hobby! =)
