any 30k clean Buccaneer ?

I want to make Buccaneer with 30k HP by lv 200
Anyone here who has 30k HP Buccaneer can explain briefly how they did it ?
I currently have int 130 from gears.

I was wondering where i should follow just raise base int and go for normal hp washing or hardcore mp washing route?
and how many base int should i apply ?

456 HP Washes
7296 MP Needed

With no MP washing
370 Base Int
366 AP Resets to Reset Base Int
724 AP Resets Total (7.24b Cost, Assuming AP Resets at 10m Each)

With MP Washing
240 MP Washes
383 Base Int
379 AP Resets to Reset Base Int
975 AP Resets Total (9.75b Cost, Assuming AP Resets at 10m Each)

No int gear assumed.

Reach Washable MP Goal at Level 200, no MP Washing.
Reach Washable MP Goal at Level 77, with MP Washing.
