Any Monster Book Cards that are Level Restricted?

    Specifically, is it possible that my level gets too high, and I can't get a certain monster card? Some PQs are level restricted but I don't know if there are cards we need from them.

    The only few PQs that are restricted are:
    • Ariant coliseum (no card)
    • MCPQ 1 (no card)
    • MCPQ 2 (no card)
    • Herb Town PQ (Lord Pirate's card can be obtained outside PQ)

    Every other cards are pretty much not restricted by over-levelling
    Just checked with my Legendary Collector character, correct me if I'm wrong
