Any other norton users experiencing my same problem?

    Everytime i start the royals nortan tells me i have royals blocked but i had added royals to my exception list of files i did not want being blocked? Any other norton users or tech experts know what i should do? I have tried googling but i havent been able to find help for the latest version of norton.
