People tell me that the medical system in the states is kind of busted unless you have good insurance. I've got too many medical conditions to be able to live in the states sustainably. I can't imagine how much they jack my medication up to there if insulin costs 500-1000 bucks a vial (I don't have diabetes, just an example). I would love to live somewhere where it's nice and hot when it's cold and miserable here.
I'll be 100% honest. Our healthcare system sucks ass. Fortunately in CO, we passed a bill to cap insulin prices so in that respect its affordable. But if you're seriously sick of injured you'll go bankrupt with medical bills. Kinda sucks. My insurance actually runs out next month and I'll be uninsured....Wish me luck :/
