Anyone Know Why Haunted House Fireplace is Locked?

Just started playing here and I wanted to train my Thief on Scarecrows and Hoodoos but apparently it's "Locked" ?

 

The maps were deemed overpowered so they aren't available.

 

I mean yea they were the best training spots IMHO. Figured theyd be here with the "Nostalgia" Feel

 

They were never available in v0.62 afaik. But yeah, if the maps were introduced GS2 would become obsolete. But then again GS2 makes pretty much all other maps in that level range obsolete as well :3

 

True enough but I like the smooth transition inside of Haunted Mansion, 30-85 is a breeze with it.

 

The Chimney maps (scarecrow / jesters) were released in v77.
They're not part of this version.

 

Explains it then, I didnt know they had Haunted Mansion before the Chimney maps came out.

 

Yep - the mansion has been there since the release of Masteria (voodoo / hoodoo maps for example are all available within the mansion). The chimney came later.
