Moderate AP Reset bugged?

The issue I'm having is that when my stack of ap resets are in cash shop inventory, they show as 60 but when I bring them to my inventory (double click) they appear as 52.
So, I'm missing 8 ap resets and somehow they're not showing anywhere.

To make it easier to understand,
1. 60 ap resets on cash shop inventory
2. 52 ap resets on cash shop inventory --> item inventory
3. 52 ap resets showing on item inventory
