Duplicate ap reset gone after reput them in cashshop

so I was trading ap reset with someone else. The trading suddenly become unsuccessful that the guy advice me to put it back to cash shop then use the other character on the account to trade. I log on another character but find out all the ap resets are gone. Then log back to my main character and still can't find any of them in the cash shop.
