Duplicate AP reset lost BUG

I lost 6 AP reset in my character for the game's bug.

IGN: MrRedrum
Bug Detail: After purchasing ap reset, I took it to my inentory to trade with other. Some how those AP reset keep making the trade unsuccess. I send those Ap reset to the CashShop Storage, when I return to cash shop they all gone.

 

I'm the other and yes though we were keep trading, it kept making the trades unsuccessful.
According to him, he was not able to drop them neither.
Honestly we were gonna trade 5APR(not 6) for 82.5m(16.5m each).
I believe its just typo or he bought another 1 for checking if it would happen again.

Anyways please refund him if he is proven to be legit so he wont suffer for the loss anymore.
