AP Reset Scroll not functioning

Dearest Support Staff,
Please find the following report below regarding AP Reset Scroll malfunction.

Preface
In attempt to HP wash my character later in levels, I am trying to double wash the character. The steps are to put into MP while having INT gear, take out of MP to put into HP, and then take out of MP to put into the main stat. I currently have 604 MP at level 83 on a Dragon Knight, who I believe should have 488 MP minimum = 29 washes (with -4 MP per reset.)

Situation with Error
After putting the first point into MP, I am unable to reset the point to put it into HP. The arrow is present and I can select to remove it from MP and it allows me to reassign it to HP. However, upon confirmation of the stat rearrangement, nothing happens.

Other Observations with Error
The AP reset closes and I still have the amount of resets I had originally. I am unable to open the AP Reset menu, pick up mesos, attack, or perform any other action until waiting for 1-2 minutes, changing channel, or logging out.

When you level up and have 5 AP, put one of those AP points into HP. That will allow you to remove one AP from MP, and 'wash' it into your primary/secondary stat of your choice. However, you have to put an AP point into HP in order to wash it out of MP. It's a trade of sorts.

I have put a point into MP upon leveling however. I am trying to take the point out of MP and put it into HP instead. This does not function as described above.

 

My bad, misunderstood. It's late here. Afraid I don't know then, as I haven't done "double washing" before.
