Hi, I was just encountering the app freeze when I was about to pick the pink teddy monster card, I had no choice but to restart the computer since I was stucking in the maplestory. I know the quest will be completed if I collected enough monster card. But I assume the issue was due to the duplicated monster cards since I saw I picked up 2 cards at the same time. Just want to report this in case it's not known issue. Thanks
you dont have to restart your pc, you can kill it using task manager. anyway this is happening to me too from time to time.
I mean I don't even not able to open task manager, the entire windows freezes but my video / animation in the web browser was still playing. Fully stuck in the game.
