hello i remembered playing a little bit on this server some time ago and was going to join my friend and i cant login to my account and according to mod i am banned? i havent even been online so i dont know what this is about. how do i proceed with this? thanks. i dont remember my character names at all, might be DoRull other that that i cannot tell. i get the message " This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."
Hi there! I tried searching for the IGN DoRull and it doesn't appear to exist. Since I'm unable to find your account, I will open a DM with you to get your MAC Address so I can try to find the source of your connection troubles.
Alrighty, so it looks like you are not banned on our end at all. You aren't connecting from a previously banned IP, and your MAC Address doesn't have any bans attached to it either. I'm unsure why you are having trouble logging in. The only thing I can recommend would be try to refresh your IP address, or you may have to get a VPN (not the free ones, those cause a lot of trouble because their IPs aren't static) and try connecting via that route instead. Edit: my apologies I forgot to mention there's no accounts related with the MAC Address you've provided me as well, perhaps it was a different Server you may be thinking of? It looks like you haven't played here at all from our end.
weird xD how come i cant login at all then, and when i went to register it said the account name was already registered, i registered again with my second email and i could now log in flawlessly, so i dont know whats wrong with the other one
Yeah that is pretty odd. I can confirm you're online right now, but there's nothing else linked to any other accounts. I'm not sure where the hiccup was, but I'm glad you were able to resolve it.
