    @Jeen

    Character Name: Waltz
Last thing you did: killing leprechauns for charms
Why do you think you got banned?:
GM thought I was a bot!!
I was just watching TV and playing without looking and really I was farming leprechauns for several hours because I need 120 charms!
I can also farm charms with one hand while eating for several minutes at a time, I mean only two buttons to push lol

But don't other people do this too? I see some mages make a summon and their summon kills while they watch a movie, TV, anime, etc
why am I banned but not them? Or is doing this not "legal"?
There should be a login history or something, I noticed I got disconnected maybe a MINUTE later after GM banned and tried logging back
in right away, saw ban notice, and went wtf lol

Ban message when attempting to log in: "temporarily banned for botting"
    What GM banned you (optional):

    GM's Response:

It is legal to farm charms with summons. What wasn't legal was the fact that you weren't able to reply to a gm whenever you casted. And it wasn't just two minutes, it was a lot longer than that. The fact that you failed to reply while casting is showing botting behavior and grounds for a ban. You won't be unbanned, but now you know to keep a closer eye on your screen for next time!

    My reply:

Hello, I keep attack on one key, buff on the another key, move right with my thumb and left with my ring finger, I don't look at the screen when I recast my buff,
I can use my left hand only to do this, and tilt the keyboard clockwise at 15 degrees (I play piano), or if right hand, everything reversed (tilt keyboard 15 degrees counterclockwise,..,etc.)
If it makes it any more believable, I've practiced Liszt cadenzas with one hand and eaten with the other, it takes precise control, agility, muscle independence and timing. I can even take a video showing how I "bot"

Furthermore, no where in the terms and conditions does it say that I have to look at the screen when I recast.
It felt like I do this for 4-5 minutes at a time before checking again, but it could be longer, and since you mentioned that it was longer, then it probably was, so what's the significance?
I said I probably noticed an (estimated) minute after I was disconnected

    On another note,
what is a little pitiful towards the community is that GM's here tend to have a "guilty until proven innocent" mentality, which has happened to several of my friends already (completely unrelated
to this incident, such as removing illegal items that my friend unknowingly PURCHASED, and not refunding him on the basis that he was "supposed" to know the items were illegal)

If you want to uphold this incriminating mentality (ESPECIALLY with the fact that you closed the original thread without allowing me to respond), it's just hurtful towards the player base

You didn't respond to a GM while you were able to cast skills and move around, that is enough for you to have made a believable claim to be botting, the GM is unable to travel to your home and look into your window to check if you really are botting so this is the next best thing.

Furthermore, you agreed to this when you signed up.
You had your ban appeal and were given a decision already.
