yes we did, we stay quite nearby each other. but we do not share accs.

As per converse via PM, I do not understand why my case is considered as a case of major abuse which led to perma ban.
And why my iiGuGu that is created way after the alleged "offence" committed implicated as well?
Like i previously clarify, the alleged "offence" was committed when i just started which was stopped after realizing the rules & regulations of MapleRoyals as I played on. I even abandoned that iGuGu account and start afresh.
Fast forward 3-4mths, you re telling me I am getting banned permanently for that. I hope you understand where I am coming from.
Once again do seek you and your kind team for consideration to have a waiver/lighter sentence with regards to this appeal.

Ignorance for the rules isn't a valid excuse. It doesn't change that fact even if you abandoned said account and start on a new one.

 

I totally unds ignorance isnt an excuse. But what i hope you peeps see here is the repentance of a person who tried every means on his end to rectify a mistake committed at the start to the best he could. Hope you and your committee will take this as a mitigating factor and review on this.

 

We have reputable players who made mistakes such as account sharing, and thought they could get away by admitting to it/stop doing it all together. However, that's not how things work here. As long as you broke the rule once, that record ties to you as a player.

 

So do i take it as an answer that there wont be any further reviews or change in course of actions to be done by you and your committee?

 

If you wish, you can wait for Tim to give his respond, since he's the one who handled your case first. But based on whatever I've seen so far, I don't think it'll be in your favor.

 

Sure Kai, lets see what he says. I ve almost said everything on my end.
But with regards to the "As long as you broke the rule once, that record ties to you as a player" phrase, dont really agree with this.
To err is human's nature, even law's have its compassionate side. Showing empathy/humility on consistent basis definitely will enhance reputation of you and your committee.
And by the phrase you're indicating non of your committee infringe the rules and regulations once since day one? I doubt your members of committee are as "perfect" as you guys make up to be.

We have never show empathy to rule breakers. Never have, never will.

I'd advise you to refrain from attacking members of staff, as that won't be of any help to your appeal.

We have staffs that have been banned before they even became staffs (obviously for temporary offenses, not permanent like account sharing), so your argument is invalid.

 

Dont be mistaken that i have any intentions of trying to attack your members of staffs.
Never have, never will. Just stating matter of factly on my appeal with my 2cents.
My account sharing offence was a temporary offence as well for first timer,which i do not know what escalated it to perm.
And there is no argument to start with to deem it invalid. Im just here to appeal.
Lets not dampen our cny mood and let go of your defensive mode for a min,enjoy the festive season mate.
