Closed Apperently illigal White scrolls??

    Why i got banned : Apperently I had white scrolls and they apperently were illigal aswell??

    I don't even recall getting these white scroll(s?) I cant do gach yet cuz im too low lvled so someone must have given it to me or something or just dropped it :S please tell me what I can do to get my account back, I JUST got a friend to join the server and id like to be able to actually play with her.. :s

    You most likely got hacked a while back because you have poor account security (you use the same account info on multiple places and someone got your info from a leaked list somewhere).

    When is the last time you remember playing?

    like 2 months ago, is it possible I get my account back or something? like idk if i like still have items or anything.. it took me waay to long to get where I was TBH...

    ill change my password etc i guess, it didnt change so hackers didnt literally take my account away. It might be that I picked up a white scroll from someone so I hope thats the case since I woulnd have lost anything I guess...

    Your ban message involves someone else's character name if you read it correctly.

    @Matt might be able to get your character data back from january 16th 2016 or before that.

    The character Simcas is only level 25, the same as what it was back in our January backups. Are you sure you still require the character restored?

    that character is my islander, I have a lv 4x bandit on there and 1x or 2x warrior. I voted a bunch and was saving up for gach and I got mesos and some items from my guild and friends, I am really slow in training so that bandit is important for me. Bandits IGN is "iDontEven" if I'm correct.

    You had 87497417 mesos on iDontEven on the 8th Jan, you currently have 73790309. Additionally you had 128 items in your inventory whereas you now have 140. Are you sure you want this backup to overwrite the character?

    do I have to overwrite it? cause I would prefer my characters back the way they are, I don't think anyone had acces to my account. I will most likely change my password since it isnt that secure..

    I'm not sure I understand. Have you been playing on these characters and manipulating their inventories while waiting for them to be restored? We usually overwrite the entire characters' data from the backup when doing these restorations.

    I guess you should reset it, I haven't logged in since jan the 8th I am pretty sure. I also don't know when the ban happened since I quit to focus on school and when I came back (yesterday) I was banned, if I lose some items it'll be worth knowing I have my account with only items I origionally had.

    This is my first time on the forum since the moment I joined the server and my first ban ever aside from a really weird one I discovered 3 years too late on EMS, so lets reset it back to the last save. It'll be worth the items I assume :)

    no problem, but when I press login it doesnt show the banned message anymore but it doesnt log me in either, the puttons stay pressed but the sceen doesnt move up

    Do you think its from my end or from the servers end? aka is there anything I can do to (help) fix this?

    I'll be taking a shower so I'll respond a bit later but it keeps me from refreshing the forum nonstop xD

    The only thing is that i lost about 60~70K NX, is there a way to get that compensated? I voted whenever I remembered to even tho I was on a break to do schoolwork. If it isnt possible its a little dissapointment but I atleast have my character back so I wont die out of sadness :3
