Oh god, I have no idea if this is legal evidence since the apple isn't screenshot (very stupid of me that I haven't checked whether my apple was on the screenshot or not after taking one) But my apple got stuck twice on apq, with different parties are you can see. Also was on different days, I just post it together because I forgot it once. They both got stuck at the same place... But there's money and stuff above it, so you cannot see it clearly. I do hope that GM have some way to find out, or else too bad luck for me, I understand! (Btw the whole printscreen was too much data lol... so I had to do some macbook paint stuff and it turned out like this) The pet bug is sometimes when you enter a map, the pet deletes unless u go hang on a rope. But some maps don't have a rope so you don't get your pet back. If you try to summon it again, you disconnect.
Both of these are known bugs and you can only be refunded if you have clear evidence that the apple disappeared, if it's not visible you can't be refunded, if you had a short video showing the apple falling out of the map that would work.
