APR / NX Glitch

    I bought 4 APRS for trade then I notice as we trade, it keeps telling me saying " trade unsuccessful " for some odd reason when I had room in my use inv

    I also tried dropping to see if that would work and nothing.
    I tried to transfer them over to another char on the same account in cash Inventory and as soon as i check if it was there, they disappeared.

    I went back to my main and in fact they did disappeared.
    I don't know if this is glitch or what not

    do i get refunded back or ?
    how does this usually work

    Have shifted this thread to Character Issues as NX items disappearing is a known bug

    Do you roughly remember the time range (UTC) of the APR disappearing?

    so my name char that i bought the aprs with was with Gutom and i put them in cash inventory and when i logged on my other char, it wasnt even there anymore

    Have forwarded your issue to the Admins for confirmation

    Also, placing bugged NX in Cash Shop inventory will disappear, but the Admins are still able to confirm what NX went missing

    Upon confirmation by the Admins, a refund of NX amount for the bugged NX will be given

    I'm just doublechecking as you listed the IGN Gutom as the character with the bugged APRs. Is that the correct IGN? If so I have bumped the request for an Admin to look into this! :) Let me know if it's the wrong IGN and I will change it right away.
    I am unable to give you a timeframe on when it will be looked into, unfortunately.

    hope this could be resolved

    if say it does work or what not, how will i know it gets refunded? will i get a msg on my cs that i got refunded or

    One of the Admins will respond to this and swap the tag over for a GM to issue a refund via APRs I believe. :)
