Closed APR poofed alongside my NX

Problem: APR couldn't be traded, then just poofed.
Detail: At approx ~9:45 server time on Mar 6 I was trying to buy a 2 hours Duku leech from HyperreaI. First hour for 75m and the second hour for 6 APRs. Went into the cash shop, had 27.5k NX IIRC, and bought 6 APRs. I put them into my inventory and exited to trade the seller as you can see in the image he sent me below (I asked them to send because I didn't have anything saved)

Trade kept failing and we thought the seller is having an issue so he relogged, but even after he logged we couldn't give him my APR's and it kept throwing a "trade was unsuccessful error". Decided to do the same with no luck, eventually, I decided to go into the cash shop, store them then go out and try to take them back again but to my surprise after I stored them inside they just disappeared. No where to be found, also did not get my NX back. It just poofed.

Edit; I also remembered that before I tried to log off and log back in I tried to drop the APRs to him but it wouldn't let me either. Nothing would happen, couldn't throw them.

 

Yes, it was 6 APRs.

Edit; @Dave Deviluke Is there any chance to get it refunded as NX instead? The only reason I bought it is to pay for the leech but since it'll take time to get it back I prefer in NX if possible? (tldr Don't mind if it's refunded only at Server Check but preferably NX)

Hi @Dave Deviluke I know admins are busy with the latest security breach just wanted to make sure I am still in the queue!

 

Sorry for the bump but I have seen a thread with the exact same issue posted much after mine with a "for next server check" tag already. Any chance my topic was missed? Apologies if that is not the case! I truly understand that the Staff has lots of things on their plate! Thanks!
