Whenever I try using APR, it kicks me out of the game instantly and doesn’t count properly. This happens every time I try to play, making it impossible to progress.
Most people don't have this issue, so I think staff will need more information to figure out what's going on. What's your operating system? System specs? Does it happen on all characters or just one? IGNs of affected chars? Does it bring up the APR window and disconnect when you select something, or disconnect as soon as you double click the APR? Is this a DC to title screen, or a client crash? If it's a DC, provide a time stamp + IGN for them to look into it (use ~servertime right before using it to get the time). If it's a crash, any error message or just client entirely closed?
The game works fine and I don't suspect any problem with pc. This is the first time I'm trying APR. Got one character. It happens every time I click the OK button, then it brings me to login page. It says 'Unable to connect to the game server'.
As this issue is not one we have heard of anybody else encountering, it'd be helpful to just provide information about what operating system you're using, and basic system specs. Do you know how to check for this information? The game is clearly not working fine given that it is DC'ing when you try to use APR
Oh right I forgot but NX items can become bugged and untradable and when that happens for APRs then they dc you like this. Check to see if you can drop that apr and if you can't, then it's bugged and you'll need to submit a thread in character issues to get it refunded
