I found two in the donator shop that look somewhat like the first two but are a little bit different. I actually like the 2nd one, but I love that 'Randy' hair in my first post and would love to see if it exists, or if it could be added to the donator shop maybe.

As far as I know most, if not all, the hairs on bbb are what's available to non-donors. Those hairs you posted honestly look like something readily available in the donor shop*, haha. What I suggest is: If you don't see them in the donator shop, they're more than likely unattainable at the moment. Why not suggest to have them added in this thread, assuming you haven't already.
I've see GM Lloyd and GM Manny have it, so I'm guessing its in v62 but they just havent added it to the parlors.
If it's not in the donor shop and it's not a v62 original hair then I'm pretty confident that it's unavailable. Only regular v62 hairs are available at the salon NPC's - the donor shop has all the extra goodies, so if you can't find it there you're out of luck.
Once I've finished coding the NPCs that I'm currently working on, I'll take a look to see which working hairs and faces we have in our database that aren't already in a beauty salon or in the donator npc and add them into the appropriate places. It might be a little while before I can get round to this, though!
