Are we allowed to create more than one account?

As long as we only vote on one account, are we allowed to have 2 or more accounts? The reason is that I want to be able to leech my alt using my Bishop. If it is allowed, can we login to both accounts simultaneously from the same internet connection?

Yes, as long as you only vote for 1 account per 24 hours you are allowed to have as many accounts as you want.
As long as all accounts are yours and yours alone : )
