    The Hair Salon and the Plastic Surgery NPC's in Ariant does not have the option to buy EXP/VIP coupons for 1m each. I haven't tried if coupons work since I won't be spending NX on them just to try once.

    These are the 4 differnt NPC's that only have the option to change your looks, not to buy a coupon.

    I have spent so much nx on this, the coupons work fine. Just have to buy with nx.
