I recently found out about this server and been enjoying the nostalgic maplestory experience that I have experienced 10 years ago. Back in the old times, I skipped the Arwen and the glass shoe quest because it was such a pain in the ass. I thought to myself "why not try out this quest and accomplish what I gave up 10 years ago since this server has about 3 times the drop date" I started out killing fire boars at the Burnt Land II I started out when I became lvl 30 and im 40 now (barely done the golden pig compass event). I have 71 sap of ancient tree (dark stump axe spawn with fire boars with a ratio of about 1:4) 35 steel ores 14 diamond ores 62 mithril ores and like 20 Kumbi throwing stars for my future thief Am i the most unluckiest guy not to drop the freaking glass shoe?? I want to punch a hole in my living room wall at this point
Sell the steel and mithril and buy the shoes from another player instead. Sometimes they just won't drop for you...
Yea its very rare, happened to me farming 5 hours with my bishop and shadower and its just didnt drop.
Got it without even farming for it on my ironman gg ezpz Yeah, the droprate for Arwen's Glass Shoe, Blackbull's Deed, Ancient Scroll and Flaming Feather are pretty terrible. Just buy it if possible tbh.
I agree with the first 3, but flaming feathers drops like mad at mp3 imo. got like 20 when i finished lvling my priest there. maybe im just a lucky dog
Don't worry, i spent days on this too. Don't do Blackbull's deed unless you'd like to take weeks. For some reason after 2 shots of Genesis, it drops like nothing. I am convinced Genesis has like 80% more drop rate within itself lol.
I've heard it's not too bad but as an outlaw with crappy mobbing skills it took me an hour to farm it
