EDIT: It appears this "bug" has resolved itself one day later. My quest progress has increased by 1 again, and the quest is now showing in my completed quests log. I'm 100% sure what I wrote below happened, but it's trivial enough that it doesn't need a fix really. I had my quest specialist quest counter open as I turned in the shoe, and saw the number go up as I finished the quest. As the quest is repeatable, Arwen immediately gave me the option to start the quest again, and I accepted for some reason. After I accepted, I noticed that my total number of completed quests went down by 1, as if I had never completed the quest. In addition, the quest is nowhere to be found in my completed quests tab. Although I have not tested this with other repeatable quests, I assume this is unintended behavior. (also I'm wondering if I could get the quest marked as completed/another shoe? had to kill 1200+ boars for the last slipper)
