Arwen's Glass Shoe and Blackbull's Land Deed?

    I checked on the bugs directory and bugged quest directory to make sure, but are there any confirmations that Arwen's glass shoes are currently being dropped by fire boars and Blackbull's land deed being dropped by curse eyes? I know they're rare as hell, but I can't tell if they're simply not being dropped because of a bug or if they're just simply THAT rare.
