Trivial Ashigaru does not drop 60% Shield for W. Att

Every drop shown below matches the drop table of https://bbb.hidden-street.net/monster/ashigaru

However, 60% Shield for W. Attack is not included in game. I was wondering if it was purposely removed or maybe a bug? Genin and Chunin in Ninja Castle drop 10%/30% Shield W. Att scrolls in-game (which match their respective bbb drops) so I would assume Ashigaru in Ninja Castle should drop the 60% scroll.

 

tldr royals drops are from royals and bbb may have been incorrect in the past
