So I heard the GMs removed Assassinate 30 at the ToT last map so it's only obtainable through GPQ, why? If possible can it be added back?
That doesn't mean that it was ever in our ToT drops. Just like Blizzard 20 and Meteor 20 supposedly drops at ToT according to bbb.hidden-street.net but we made sure that they don't. Your initial post made it sound like it used to be dropping at ToT but we removed it, which didn't happen.

That's still community-made (and kMS-based, not to mention). An accurate and adapted drop list was made (I know this for sure, because Gi and I made it back in... March), on which Assassinate 30 was obtainable... Guess it got changed. I don't see much reason to complain, to be honest: As if Shadowers have the hardest time getting their books. Our core skill Level 30 Mastery Books drop from bosses that can be killed to a high extent (Papulatus, Pianus, Leviathan), unlike some other jobs, which require HT-only books. Assassinate is bugged, too... I'd rather see it fixed than having Assassinate 30 quicker. Edit: This is a v62 server, so I guess the staff decided to take the GPQ-only books out to keep it v62-similar(?).
