Closed Assassinate Skill; Shadower

Problem: I can't get warped to a map to get my assassinate skill.
Details: I just didn't have the option to warp to a specific map. I looked on the thread for shadowers and it stated that this quest does not work, so I must ask a GM for assistance to receive the item called Shawn's Request.

There is a portal in the middle of the map , enter that for the skilll quest
