155 is min lvl to join HT, at that lvl you have ~7k hp natural, with hyper body ~11k is enough for HT, but rely on hb is not a good choice because you can't always find a dk in party. So i suggest you wash to ~10,5k hp to be safe. But i don't understand about your ban appeal are you ban evade?
I don't play... I ask because I think washing is unnecessary. Better to just wait for dk if you ask me, instead of the whole mess with washing. rn I'm on a different server but I won't say the name because maybe it's not allowed idk.
