Hello I think I accidently got my friend's account banned. Basically we used to play this server a few years back, recently I thought of playing again so we wanted to check what characters we've got. But as we logged into his account it was closed, I imagine it is some sort of protection. Would it please be possible to have my friend's account un-banned? We would like to play on this server once more. Thank you. Since we played so long ago, we don't remember the name of the characters, only the ID. So we cannot provide a proper character name (These are a few that my friend thinks might be Centhorn / Sikth / Walkways. If it is not enough I would rather a PM with a GM to provide the ID and other details so we can prove the account is his. We do not share accounts, this was a one time thing that we logged into his account from my house. Character Name: Centhorn / Sikth / Walkways Last thing you did: Tried to log in after a long period of not playing. Why do you think you got banned?: I think it was auto-ban because I logged into my account and then tried to log into my friends account. Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection." What GM banned you (optional): Auto-ban.
The character's 'sikth' and 'walkways' do not exist. The character 'centhorn' was auto-banned a long time ago.
I see, what was the ban reason? And is it possible to un-ban his account? We just want to play together.
They were banned for attempting to trade more meso than they possessed. As it was such a long time ago, I can't check much more on my end so I'll have an Admin reply to this. Please remain patient and do not bump this thread until they gather enough information to formulate a response for you.
